About The Role
You will join Emma’s E‑commerce team as an E‑commerce Category Manager – Accessories (pillows, duvets, bed linen). In this role you will own the end‑to‑end business performance of the Accessories category, setting strategy, driving growth, and shaping the customer experience across our European markets.
What you’ll own and drive
* Category ownership – Lead and grow the Accessories category, managing full business performance (sales, margin, availability, NPS).
* Product lifecycle management – Define and execute the product portfolio strategy, coordinating launches, phase‑outs, and lifecycle optimisations.
* Performance analysis – Monitor sales and margin performance, identify growth levers, and propose data‑backed action plans.
* Cross‑functional leadership – Act as the strategic interface between local marketing, global product development, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end execution.
* Customer‑centric mindset – Leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve the category offer and experience.
* Go‑to‑market excellence – Ensure new launches and campaigns are well‑positioned and successfully executed in collaboration with our brand and performance marketing teams.
* Market intelligence – Continuously track trends, competitor movements, and consumer behaviours to feed into your strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
* Team & project leadership – Manage and mentor a junior team member, and lead or contribute to strategic EU‑wide category and growth projects.
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, E‑commerce, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant work experience in e‑commerce, with a strong track record of driving business results through data and cross‑functional collaboration.

* Analytically strong and able to draw meaningful insights from data.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
* Fluency in English.
What we offer
* Direct ownership of one of our highest‑potential product categories.
* High visibility and autonomy within an international scale‑up environment.
* Cross‑market exposure and collaboration opportunities within our EU e‑commerce team.
* A diverse, international, mission‑driven team working toward reinventing how people sleep.
* A steep learning curve and strong internal mobility opportunities.
* Pet‑friendly office space, where you can bring your furry desk buddy.
* Discounts on our top‑notch products.
