Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and process customer orders according to company procedures.
* Manage home patient operations in compliance with quality, environmental, hygiene, and safety policies.
* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and loan requests in a timely manner.
* Process returns requests, Travel Club orders, and commercial team needs.
* Initiate new customer request processes and update existing ones.
Requirements:
* Comply with all quality, environmental, hygiene, and safety policies.
* Collaborate on new portals and digitalization procedures.
* Continuously learn customer service skills and new/existing processes.
