As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. Acting as the key link between our factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing teams, you will help bring world-class products to life.
What You’ll Do
* Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
* Track and drive project maturity levels
* Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards
* Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
* Support safe launch activities within your product group
* Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
* Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs
What You Bring
* A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
* At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
* Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
* Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
* Fluent English communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
