We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fully remote, multicultural team. In this role, you will provide first-line support to Romanian-speaking customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will gather relevant information and coordinate with internal teams, including sales and after-sales, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Description
Provide first-line customer support via phone in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with questions and requests, ensuring a positive experience
Gather and register customer information accurately for follow-up by internal teams
Update and maintain customer records in internal systems
Support customer satisfaction follow-ups and basic surveys
Work closely with sales and after-sales teams, escalating requests when needed
Share basic product information and inform customers about company initiatives or events
Profile
You enjoy communicating with people and feel comfortable providing support over the phone
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus, but not mandatory
Excellent Romanian language skills (native or near-native level)
Good command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
Basic IT skills and confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office
Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Good time management skills, with a high sense of responsibility and work ethics
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
