/pp Your Responsibilities: /pp Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, clarity and empathy; /pp Provide complete support and build long-lasting customer loyalty; /pp Manage each interaction autonomously, without the need to transfer calls; /pp Advise customers on the services, options and solutions that best fit their needs.
/pp Your Profile: /pp? Native or fluent French speaker; /pp Strong English skills (training + tools are in English); /pp Previous experience in a contact center environment; /pp Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset; /pp Solid problem-solving and autonomy in managing customer requests.
