/ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bMarketing Content Digital Asset Manager /b to lead the business-side management of a global Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder), ensuring marketing teams across brands and markets can efficiently store, access, and leverage high-quality digital assets.
/ppThis role sits within a bglobal marketing organization /b and plays a key part in enabling teams to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
/ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do /b /ppbr/ppbAsset Governance Standards /b /pulliEnsure all assets uploaded to the DAM are approved, properly tagged, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
/liliDevelop and maintain metadata frameworks to improve asset discoverability and searchability.
/liliEnforce the use of final, approved assets to ensure brand consistency across markets.
/liliMonitor asset usage, rights windows, and expiry dates to reduce legal and compliance risks.
/li /ulpbr/ppbProcesses Operations /b /pulliContinuously improve DAM workflows, governance processes, and best practices.
/liliMaintain clear documentation, guidelines, and training materials for DAM users.
/liliDeliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support for global users across marketing teams.
/liliSupport testing of new platform features and coordinate user acceptance testing.

/liliWork closely with technology teams and the DAM platform provider to support the platform roadmap.

/liliPerform regular asset and metadata audits to maintain data quality and ensure assets remain current.
