Job Title: Specialist Interventional Cardiology
The Portuguese Clinical & Medical Affairs Specialist reports to the EMEA CMA Manager and is responsible for supporting the safe and effective use of the Interventional portfolio.
* Assist with education programs and collaborate with key physicians to provide country-level education and clinical support.
* Facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery.
Clinical support and procedural education will be provided to physicians, nurses, technicians, etc., including support for live cases/proctorships/scientific meetings and other educational programs in therapeutic areas related to focus products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver clinical procedural training to customers ensuring safe and effective utilization of products.
2. Implement clinical workshops, live cases, and proctoring for focused interventional products.
3. Support pre-congress workshops and in-booth education programs.
4. Develop and deliver educational activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Customize, monitor, and track product deployment plans for accounts in conjunction with the Manager.
6. Maintain training records and report these to CMA leadership.
7. Support research submissions and educational grant processes in collaboration with EMEA Clinical Manager and Global Scientific Research Services Team.
8. Provide clinical support to commercial teams and all customers.
9. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders for relationship development and maintenance.
10. Responsible for clinical product training in conjunction with product managers and sales/marketing team members.
11. Manage training requests for approved education courses on and off site.
12. Perform field clinical trouble-shooting on company products through collaboration with clinicians and QA/RA teams.
13. Build long-term customer relationships and represent the organization positively through field travel, clinical interaction, and medical/scientific meetings.
14. Communicate effectively across departments and maintain compliance with organizational HCP policy and legal education requirements.
15. Maintain regular clinical credibility within Interventional cardiology and undertake necessary revalidation requirements to maintain Registered Nurse status if applicable.
16. Other assigned duties and responsibilities as required by objectives.
