Who are we looking for?
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will join our engineering team building internal dashboards and data-driven applications that power our company's operations. You'll work across the entire stack-from crafting intuitive interfaces to designing robust APIs and optimizing data pipelines.
This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities shift quickly and ownership matters. We value people who take initiative, communicate openly, and care about shipping quality work.
While the immediate focus is on development, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us-whether that means eventually leading a project, mentoring teammates, or shaping technical direction.
We have a structured onboarding process and the patience to help you ramp up properly. No trial by fire here.
We believe in two main pillars for this role: autonomy and responsibility. We provide training so you can perform at your best, but we want you to be as independent as possible so that you control your own time and goals.
What You'll Do
* Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Django and Vue.js;
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
* Work with data pipelines and analytics to support data-driven decision making;
* Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of our processes;
* Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure using Kubernetes;
* Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Job requirements:
Required:
* 4+ years of professional experience in software development;
* Strong proficiency in Python with Django;
* Solid experience with JavaScript and Vue.js;
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes);
* Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments;
* Good communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving team;
* Fluent in English (other languages are a plus);
* Pragmatic, proactive, organized and with an open-minded attitude;
* Willingness to take on greater responsibility over time;
Nice-to-Have:
* PostgreSQL and database optimization experience;
* CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions;
* Data engineering or data science background;
* Experience building dashboards or analytics platforms.
