Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the best standards in terms of process flow involving the entire logistics chain, including quality, efficiency, delivery and cost management of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Strategies: Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
* Team Management: Train and manage a team of staff who will work in the Supply Chain environment.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor Supply Chain Performance to ensure it meets the company's overall strategic goals.
* Culture of Continuous Improvement: Implement a sustainable culture of continuous improvement, improving supply chain processes and efficiency.
* Customer Needs: Review and research customer needs and implement the best method of approach to fulfill them.
* SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Know suppliers' locations, production facilities, distribution centres, to set up the distribution network.
* Transport and Distribution: Monitor the management of transport and distribution, ensuring delivery on time and in perfect condition.
* Material Flow: Ensure the material flow in the plant, accordingly with the production schedule.
* Delivery System: Create a delivery system that ensures optimization of shipments to customers or other manufacturers for subsequent use within the stipulated time and conditions.
* Supplier Follow-up: Follow up and ensure the suppliers delivery accordingly with the conditions defined.
* Department Budget: Manage the budget of the department and implement relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Business Management or similar.
2. Experience: At least 5 years' relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, in an industrial or consultancy context.
3. Skills and Knowledge: Solid knowledge on the implementation of continuous improvement processes, fluency in English, French desirable, and knowledge and management with ERP, modules of supply chain/logistics.
