We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience with Cobol to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
* Perform functional analysis and prepare test notebooks for projects linked to the Credit and Debit Card Management System (SAC in Cobol/CICS), using Agile methodology;
* Identify and select solutions, evaluating and comparing various alternatives;
* Develop and validate functional specifications for software, components, interfaces, and related features, based on existing systems and following standards and principles;
* Define, execute, and monitor functional tests, including support for users involved in software acceptance;
* Assist in diagnosing incidents and making proposals for improvements/corrections;
* Promote communication and networking with all involved in the activities in which they participate, proactively proposing improvements and suggestions that contribute to the success of the activities in which they participate.
Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience with similar roles;
* Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of Credit and Debit Card Management Systems (preferably SAC);
* Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of the ATM system's SIBS protocol (GRT, H-to-H transactions, ATM clearing);
* Experience with Cobol, CICS, DB2, and Java systems;
* Knowledge of bank accounting from the perspective of the impacts that all card transactions have on accounting;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Critical thinking and analytical skills;
* Higher education in Engineering or related field;
* Knowledge of the methodologies and tools used in Agile;
* Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory).
