Your Contribution:
* Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.
* Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.
* Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
* Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability
What makes you stand out:
* 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
* Strong expertise in CSM, with additional experience in ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, and UI Builder highly valued.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server.
* Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
You Must Have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics related fields.
* SeviceNow certifications valued, including: CSA, CAD, CIS – CSM/ITSM/HRSD/HAM-SAM
