Job description
1. You will be responsible for opening new customer accounts:
* Build and establish a target customer list
* Develop your customer portfolio via email, phone, and social networks
* Prospect new clients
* Present our solutions and encourage adoption
* Collaborate with the growth team to identify cross-selling opportunities
2. Community acquisition and account growth:
You will develop a community of external partners to meet customer requirements and expand your business:
* Activate, develop, and retain a community of partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, etc.)
* Match customer requirements with provider proposals (from recruitment to payment)
* Maintain good relationships with partners and customers
* Monitor ongoing projects within your scope
* Manage the financial aspects of your profit center
Candidate Profile:
* Top academic background with a Master’s degree
* Intrapreneurial mindset, motivated to grow LittleBig Connection in a new country
* Results-oriented and success-driven
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and capable of getting things done
* Fluent in Portuguese and English
* Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus for productivity
