Develop Your Sales Skills in a Remote-Friendly Environment
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills in sales, marketing, and operations while building strong relationships across the logistics and tech space.
* You will be responsible for identifying prospective customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generating and qualifying leads.
* Crafting high-quality, personalized outreach messages with clear calls to action.
* Nurturing leads with follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
* Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet shared goals and quotas.
You will engage in high-volume outreach efforts (calls, emails, social media) to introduce us, qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and their business needs, schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives, participate in product and market training to understand our value proposition, attend virtual trade shows and networking events to generate leads, provide insights to the marketing team to improve outreach content, use HubSpot and LinkedIn tools to manage sales activities, contribute to refining Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas, and stay informed on logistics and LogTech market trends.
Requirements:
* A fluent German speaker with strong communication skills in English.
* A people person with a proactive, positive, and organized mindset.
* Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
* Experienced in cold-calling and building strong client relationships.
* Able to manage time effectively and meet outreach and conversion goals.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding sectors.
* Familiarity with the European market and logistics challenges.
* A passion for tech and innovation in the supply chain space.
