Job Description
As a Financial Controlling Procurement Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for the procurement digital transition process from a finance perspective. You will also be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.
Your responsibilities
* Support the tracking and reporting of payment term performance
* Assist procurement saving calculation and ensure compliance according to our saving guideline
* Be responsible for Procurement data analytics (e.g. in SAP Business Warehouse), gathering, modeling and KPI reporting related to internal business processes (focus on finance data), while working with diverse data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility
* Analyze and interpret data from a finance perspective, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders
* Perform procurement related year end closing activities and reports
* Contribute to designing and developing reporting tools within our SAP landscape, interacting with internal functions to devise solutions which enhance reporting and data management
Your profile
You identify opportunities and translate them into profitable ideas with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You work in a structured way, can work independently, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers. You maintain high-quality standards, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on the customer to enable fast decision making.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling within a corporate group, ideally in a matrix structure
* Affinity for figures and data; experience with SAP and other digitalization tools (a plus)
* Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a focus on the customer
* Independent and proactive approach to work
* Ability to leverage business intelligence tools to support reporting, automation and monitoring of performance metrics
* Fluency in English
