You will be responsible to:
We are seeking a System Administrator capable of designing and overseeing an enterprise technology landscape. With a good ability to collaborate and guide stakeholders at all levels and possessing broad technical expertise, with an understanding of business and compliance requirements. This role is crucial to our efforts to build scalable, secure, efficient, and standard systems aligned with the strategic business goals.
1. Develop High-Level architectural designs and roadmaps aligned to business requirements
2. Develop Low-Level designs in collaboration with Technical or Expertise Teams
3. Develop and evolve architectures for On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid Environments
4. Assess the current structure and new technologies, with capability to evaluate the innovation capacity
5. Implement secure-by-design practices and ensure alignment with compliance frameworks
6. Govern data models, data flows, and integration interfaces in collaboration with teams to optimize solutions
7. Work cross-functionally to guide solution designs and resolve roadblocks. Mentor technical teams and create standards across projects
8. Maintain clear architectural diagrams, documentation, and guidelines that allow driving continuous improvement in processes and industry best practices
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
1. Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Relevant certifications in technological areas are a plus
3. At least 3 years of experience in an Architecture focus or equivalent senior engineering role
4. At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Engineering role
5. Proven experience with architecture frameworks
6. Strong knowledge in technological expertise as Network, Systems, Databases, Application, Cloud, DevOps, Security, etc.
7. Proven experience in design and documentation related
8. Excellent written and verbal communication, certifications are a plus
9. Team Collaboration and leadership capability with proven experience
10. Analytical and critical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges
