IT Risk Project Manager This is your mission Are you passionate about cybersecurity governance, IT risk management and driving large-scale transformation programs ?
Then this position is for you.
As an IT Risk Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering cybersecurity programs and coordinating IT risk initiatives across multiple entities within a large international organization.
You will contribute to strengthening cybersecurity maturity, enhancing IT resilience and ensuring structured deployment of cyber requirements.
Build side: Appropriate and analyze the cyber control matrix and define applicable objectives per entity Prepare and structure cybersecurity campaigns (scope definition, context analysis, dependency identification) Define and formalize expected evidences in collaboration with evaluation teams Build implementation roadmaps including milestones, deliverables and target objectives Identify key stakeholders and define governance structure Organize workshops to clarify requirements with technical and business teams Define target maturity levels and deployment strategies per entity Run side: Steer cybersecurity campaigns and monitor roadmap execution Track stakeholders' progress and flag deviations or risks Organize and facilitate regular follow-up meetings and steering committees Coordinate evidence collection and validation processes Escalate blockers when necessary and ensure alignment with evaluation teams Produce clear dashboards, one-page briefs and gap analysis reports for management Maintain project documentation (FAQ, SharePoint, lessons learned repository) Ensure continuous communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders This is your background You have at least 3 years of experience managing infrastructure-oriented or cybersecurity projects in demanding environments.
You enjoy coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and translating technical topics into clear business language.
You are proactive, structured and comfortable navigating cybersecurity governance frameworks.

This is your expertise: Strong project management skills (roadmaps, milestones, reporting, dashboards) Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems (servers, networking basics, CIA triad) Good grasp of cybersecurity concepts and governance Knowledge of secure development, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and third-party risk management (appreciated) Experience working with cross-functional technical teams Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with PowerBI (nice to have) Knowledge of Agile methodologies (nice to have) Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus This is how you work as part of a team: Ability to explain technical or regulatory topics to non-expert audiences Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops and steering committees Excellent organizational and coordination abilities Critical thinking and analytical mindset Proactive, adaptable and collaborative attitude Ability to align numerous and heterogeneous stakeholders Clear and synthetic communication, both written and oral This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
