About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial growth through strategic partnerships.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our ranks. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand's values and goals. You will work closely with our communications team to develop innovative ideas and tailor them to meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners and facilitating effective communication between our teams. Your goal will be to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our brand's reputation.


Responsibilities

* Sales: Contact potential partners, pitch Black Cat Cinema as a sponsorship opportunity, arrange meetings between the team and partners, facilitate communications, negotiations, and guide the sales process from start to finish.
* Development and Creation: Work alongside the communications team and sponsoring partner to develop ideas for our sponsorship inventory and tailor them to the clients' goals.
* Partner Relationships: Foster and build a strong familiarity and relationship between the partner and management.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You should have experience in sales or a related field and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to be creative and able to think outside the box when it comes to developing innovative ideas and solutions. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
