Project Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our enterprise applications projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. They will also have strong resource coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in managing projects with external consultants and implementation partners is essential, as well as familiarity with ERP or CRM implementation methodologies. A strong understanding of application integration projects, upgrade and enhancement projects, and cloud-based application deployments is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing project plans and schedules
* Coordinating resources and prioritizing tasks
* Managing stakeholder expectations
* Identifying and mitigating risks
* Ensuring quality assurance and change management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or enterprise applications
* 3+ years managing enterprise application projects (ERP, CRM, or similar)
* Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise application implementations
* Knowledge of ERP or CRM implementation methodologies
* Understanding of application integration projects
* Experience with upgrade and enhancement projects
* Familiarity with cloud-based application deployments
* Strong project planning and scheduling skills
* Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
