About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Procure to Pay (P&P) Middle Office – Supplier Relationship Team.
This role supports Accounts Payable operations, handling and analysing information requests from internal clients and external suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
Receive, log, and manage email requests from internal clients and external suppliers;
Analyse and provide accurate and timely responses to all requests;
Ensure proper resolution of inquiries;
Contribute to process improvement and best practice sharing;
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and suppliers;
Register best practices in the team's knowledge management database.
Technical Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
0–3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes is an advantage.
Language Skills
English: Advanced (required)
French: Basic knowledge (a plus)
