For the Portuguese market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Hotel Business Portugal (m/f/d) based in Lisbon.
Your Role
As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Portugal, you are responsible for the acquisition and support of regional hotel partners across Portugal. With your extensive account management experience, you maintain existing national and international customer relationships in a structured, analytical, and strategic way. Your background in hospitality or tourism sales supports you in identifying and acquiring new partners specifically for the Portuguese market. You will also manage content maintenance and promotional planning for your accounts.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management of Portuguese Key Accounts
Acquisition of new customers (hotel chains and individual hotels), including presentations, negotiations, and contract conclusion in the hospitality/leisure sector for the Portuguese market
Scaling customers to international source markets
Maintenance of content in the internal CMS
Planning, execution, and coordination of customer campaigns
Market and customer analysis for the Portuguese market
Implementation of strategies including performance monitoring
Documentation of sales activities and CRM maintenance
Your Profile
Several years of experience in hospitality key account management
Proven negotiation skills and strong motivation for new customer acquisition
Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs) is a plus
Profound industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
High commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
Excellent teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of technical and business relationships
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous
Occasional travel required
