Your responsibilities will include assisting with various administrative tasks, supporting our staff, students, and parents, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our school.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Reception
Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.Handle incoming calls and messages efficiently.Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. Administrative Support
Provide valuable administrative support to our school's administrative staff including photocopying, filing, and data entry.Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Communication
Address inquiries from parents, staff, and students, both in person and through email or phone.Assist in communicating important information to parents and students. Supply Management
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.Ensure that office equipment is in working order and request maintenance when required. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.Previous administrative experience in an office setting is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
