We are looking for a talented English Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics.
As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
2. Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
3. Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
4. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
5. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
6. Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
7. Deliver training courses
8. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
9. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
10. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
11. Alignment with the Client training program and Sitel procedures
12. Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client Health, Safety, and Security responsibilities
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
13. Native or proficient level of English (C2)
14. One or more additional language(s) spoken in the project is a plus
15. Good organization/ time management skills
16. Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
17. Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
18. Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
19. Ability to influence behavior
20. Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
21. Ability to give constructive feedback to the agents which lead to performance improvement
22. Creative and willing to work with PowerPoint
23. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
24. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
Education and experience
25. College degree or directly related work experience
26. Training Experience for at least 1 year
27. Essential minimum of 6 months call center experience
