OverviewAt Finsolutia, we are looking for theB2B Product Marketing Managerto lead the first dedicated product marketing strategy for4Sight, our SaaS platform already live in the market and growing.
This role is critical to defining4Sight'spositioning, supporting the sales team with effective go-to-market initiatives, anddriving adoption and revenue growth.
Acting as a bridge between the Product, Sales, IT, Design, and Corporate Marketing departments, you will ensure that our value proposition iscommunicated clearly, differentiated in theSaaS market, and supported by measurable commercial impact.
ResponsibilitiesMessaging & Positioning:Define and continuously refine 4Sight's value proposition, competitive positioning, and key messaging to ensure clear market differentiation;
Sales Enablement:Develop and maintain pitches, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other sales collateral.
Train and empower Sales to effectively communicate product benefits and new releases, including tailored presentations to support the commercial team;
Buying Center & Decision Process:Analyze and map customer buying centers, decision-making structures, and processes to better tailor marketing strategies and sales support;
Sales Funnel & Strategy:Understand and monitor the full sales funnel, providing insights to design marketing strategies that drive conversions across each stage;
Events & Brand Presence:Plan, prepare, and execute 4Sight's participation in industry events (owned and third-party), strengthening visibility and credibility;
LeadGeneration & Growth Marketing:Build and manage inbound and outbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid media, email nurturing) with a focus on qualified pipeline generation and lowering CAC;
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, IT, Sales, and Design to align roadmap, customer feedback, and go-to-market initiatives;
Content &Social Media:Manage 4Sight's digital presence (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), creating thought leadership content tailored to personas and funnel stages;
Go-to-Market for Releases:Define launch plans for new features and product updates to drive adoption, engagement, and customer retention;
Performance & SaaS KPIs:Track and report on SaaS business metrics (CAC, MRR, LTV, churn, NPS, engagement) to optimize campaigns and initiatives;
AI &Martech Tools:Leverage marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and AI-powered tools to scale campaigns, personalize content, and measure impact.
Ideal ProfileDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in SaaS or in marketing for large financial institutions (e.G., banks, corporate clients;
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and sales enablement;
Proven trackrecord in inbound and growth marketing to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate SaaS sales cycles;
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus);
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders;
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Bonus PointsPrevious experience inFintech, Proptech, or vertical SaaSplatforms.
Familiarity withProduct-Led Growth (PLG)strategies;
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track campaign effectiveness and product adoption;
Experience producing multimedia content (webinars, infographics, product videos) to support launches and customer engagement;
Experience organizing and executingB2B industry events.
