/pp We are looking for a Trainer to join a unique project in Lisbon.
This professional will be responsible for delivering both initial and continuous training programmes, working in close collaboration with the project#39;s Team Leader.
/pp If you are passionate about training, talent development and seeing people grow and succeed, this opportunity is for you /pp Responsibilities /pp Plan, prepare and deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for contact center teams (onboarding, refresher training and upskilling) /pp Ensure proper knowledge transfer of operational processes, procedures, tools and project guidelines /pp Design, adapt and update training materials (presentations, manuals, scripts and practical exercises) in line with BPO standards /pp Assess participant performance during training and ensure readiness for production /pp Provide structured and continuous feedback, identify skill gaps and propose improvement plans /pp Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality and Operations to align training with operational targets (KPIs, SLA, CSAT, productivity) /pp Support the implementation of new processes, tools or campaigns, ensuring effective knowledge transfer /pp Monitor agent performance post training, contributing to reduced operational errors and improved service quality /pp Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies and client requirements /pp Required Profile /pp Previous experience in training or learning and development is an advantage /pp Excellent communication and organisational skills /pp Strong team spirit and results oriented mindset /pp Ability to engage and motivate different audiences /pp Fluency in English is required /pp Fluency in an additional language such as Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus /pp What We Offer /pp Integration into a solid and stable project /pp Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth /pp Competitive salary + ? meal allowance + ? additional benefits /pp Join a team where your impact truly matters and where people development is taken seriously.
