We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As an accomplished IT professional, you will oversee high-impact projects that drive business value and ensure seamless execution.
* Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, guaranteeing scope, timeline, budget, and quality are met
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical consultants, functional analysts, business stakeholders)
* Ensure meticulous documentation, risk management, change control, and reporting throughout the project
* Foster effective communication between internal teams, external vendors, and key decision-makers
Mandatory Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
* Proven track record managing ERP, CRM, or custom development projects
* Experience delivering digital solutions in complex IT environments
* Strong skills in project planning, scope control, and resource coordination
* Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
