Job Description
* Provide technical assistance and support to business stakeholders, understanding their IT needs and workflows.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Monitor application status and infrastructure server resources.
* Analyze, plan, and execute technical tasks required for project success.
* Contribute to post-release checkouts and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline development.
The role requires excellent problem-solving skills,
prompt incident resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The selected candidate will be responsible for tactical solutions, contributing to the definition of non-functional requirements,
even participating in projects that reduce support activity on critical systems.
