Responsibilities
* Define and execute the Artificial Intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI solutions.
* Oversee the development and implementation of agentic AI systems and AI models, ensuring scalability and performance.
* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration.
* Contribute to the definition of the organization's AI platform, architecture, and key use cases.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and generative AI technologies and promote their adoption.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in AI innovation and generative AI, including advanced analytics.
* Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), model architecture customization, and evaluation.
* Experience implementing AI tools and scalable AI architectures.
* Experience working in large organizations in similar roles.
* Experience with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks is a plus.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
