We are looking for an Associate Consultant with proven experience placing top executives in key positions or working in consulting services.
Our consultants work closely with Boards of Directors and senior leadership teams to
identify and assess executives who will shape the future of organizations.
Present in Portugal for over 15 years, we are a trusted partner in the recruitment and
development of senior executives across all sectors of the economy, including
leading companies listed on the PSI.
We are looking for candidates with:
• A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Human
Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and attention to detail skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English and fluency in Portuguese
• Professional maturity and discretion
• Resilience and ownership mindset
What you will do
• Conduct market research and mapping, identifying target companies and
potential candidates
• Use specialized research tools and candidate management platforms
• Engage and build relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
