MissionBuild and connect the systems that make Zoop's marketing smarter, faster, and fully automated.You'll ensure our tools, data, and campaigns work seamlessly by creating automations, integrations, and dashboards that power both the Marketing and Commercial teams.Your work removes friction, increases visibility, and accelerates growth across the entire company.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain marketing automations and workflows across CRM, email, social, and acquisition tools.Create and manage integrations between platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, analytics tools, ad platforms, content tools).
Build dashboards and performance reports to track campaigns, funnels, and revenue impact.Implement and optimize lead routing, scoring, and nurturing flows, collaborating closely with the Commercial team.Use AI and no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable Automations, ChatGPT, Clay, Mutiny, etc.) to automate manual processes.Support the setup of tracking (UTMs, GA4, GTM) and ensure clean, reliable data across systems.Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and internal processes.Partner with Growth, Content, and Creator Partnerships teams to make every initiative measurable and scalable.Requirements3-5 years experience in marketing operations, automation, growth, or a related technical-marketing role.Hands-on experience with automation stacks like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Airtable Automations, or similar tools.Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing funnels.Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta/TikTok ad platforms, and campaign tracking.Experience with email marketing flows, segmentation, and CRM logic.Bonus: ability to read or write simple code (Python, SQL, JS) or work with APIs.Ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and generate operational improvements.Analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset.Strong cross-team collaboration skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.What You'll GetA key role in building the marketing engine from zero-to-one inside a fast-scaling startup.Exposure to both Marketing and Commercial workflows, giving you full visibility of growth levers.Freedom to experiment with new AI, analytics, and automation technologies.A remote-first culture focused on ownership, fast iteration, and smart execution.The chance to build internal systems that will scale to thousands of creators and users.
