* Respond to inbound calls and inquiries;
* Provide timely and empathetic support to resolve customer service issues;
* Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions on the customer services database;
* Troubleshoot using open-ended questions, support materials, and system training;

Requirements:
* Dutch fluency (C2 Level or Native);
* Good English proficiency (B2 level);
* 25 words per minute typing speed;
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
