Join Transcom as an Operations Director
In this role you will:
Lead the call centre site
Be responsible for driving operational efficiency
Manage site level budgets and cost control
Engage with multiple stakeholders
Manage, coach and develop managers
Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Drive employee engagement and retention

To be successful in this role you
Have 7+ years of experience in call centre management
Are experienced in BPO/contact centres and their metrics
Can demonstrate excellent communication skills
Need to show business acumen
Can manage change in a fast-paced environment
Work well in an organisation where performance is key
Have experience in dealing with multinational clients and workforce
Have native level Portuguese and English language skills. Spanish would be a bonus
