About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who will orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. The role involves aligning multiple workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, facilitating Agile execution across a 24×7 delivery model, and providing executive-level visibility into velocity, budget, and milestone progress within a highly regulated financial services environment. What You Will Do Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression. Track delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation. Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains. Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and workstreams. Drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives. Ensure delivery consistency, risk management, and operational excellence across the program. Must Haves 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs. Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments. Proven ability to independently manage teams across multiple products and projects. Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and providing expert guidance on project management practices. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills. Experience managing budgets, delivery metrics, dependencies, and program risks. Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to Haves Direct engineering background or strong technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines. Experience with Cloud Security architectures and enterprise security programs.
