We are looking for a Java&IA Developer to join our full remote project team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI development.
* Proven experience working with AI frameworks, ideally in AWS Bedrock and related technologies.
* Strong background in Java web application development, particularly for prototyping and integration.
* Familiarity with AI solution testing and deployment workflows.
* Ability to analyze and ensure the consistency and quality of datasets.
* Excellent technical documentation and organizational skills.
* Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Support the existing team in developing prototype applications leveraging IA.
* Design and implement practical IA tools using appropriate model parameters and prompting methods.
* Enhance AI tool performance through context analysis, relevant example injection, RAG techniques, and advanced terminology processing.
* Integrate and test AI solutions within existing application environments.
* Ensure proper documentation for all implementations.
