The Customer CareSpecialist- SeaLogistics(m/f/d) is responsible for import, export, and LCL shipments. In your role, you support customers by providing helpful information,answering questions, and responding to complaints. Additionally, you coordinate transportation and handle administrative tasks.
How you create impact
* Handle customers' requests and complaints.
* Handle a variety of Export / Import and LCL shipments.
* Regularly contact customers to define best practices and offer advice as needed.
* Provide customers with quotes in collaboration with your manager or the responsible person.
* Inform the customer correctly and promptly about the shipment's progress.
* Follow the shipment from the customer until the port of departure/arrival.
* Signal or correct mistakes and resolve issues, ambiguities, and incompleteness that were escalated by employees, whether in agreement with your direct manager.
* Optimize operational and administrative processes for increased efficiency within your department.
What we would like you to bring
* Experience infreight forwarding, preferably in SeaLogistics.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to manage your time and deal with uncertainty.
* Customer-driven.
* Goodcommunication and conflict management skills.
* Fluency inPortuguese.
