Administrative project coordinator

The Group PMO seeks a dynamic Administrative Specialist to ensure seamless coordination and support key projects. The role is pivotal in international operations, empowering teams to deliver their best.

Your responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Group PMO and individual projects.
* Manage roadmaps and project portfolios.
* Update and manage templates, processes, methods, standards, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
* Administer central sites, project communities, and resources such as SharePoint.
* Manage and verify project documentation.
* E nsure adherence to project management governance and methodologies.
* Prepare complex reports and presentations.
* Assist with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives.
* Conduct onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in English at least B2+ level – excellent and fluent in both written and spoken communication.
* Proven experience in customer service, administration, project support/management, or business analysis.
* Practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile) and familiarity with MS SharePoint is a significant advantage.
