, a small sized Autonomous Underwater Vehicle developed in cooperation with Porto University and manufactured and commercialized by OCEANSCAN-MST.
What skills are we looking for?
Main expected skills
* Advanced skills using 3D CAD software and 2D drawings;
* Good written and spoken English;
* Experience designing solutions for underwater and/or watertight applications;
* Experience in project planning and management;
* Experience in tasks and team management;
* Experience with testing and continuous systems integration;
Valuable skills
* Good communication skills;
* Experience in the development of solutions for maritime applications (or similar);
* Experience in FEA calculation;
* Experience in hydrodynamic/aerodynamic optimization;
* Experience with field support to customers;
* Experience with being / working at sea;
* Machining, 3D printing, prototyping
What will be your responsibilities?
* Design and implement mechanical solutions according to technical specifications and requirements;
* Analyze customer requirements and design solution including planning and budget;
* Manage the interaction between engineering departments for successful design implementation;
* Review and create working instructions for the production and testing of the solutions/products;
* Analyze data and report on the tests performed;
* Support and train customers in system operation and maintenance;
