Job title: Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all electrical installation activities across the project.
* Coordinate electrical design and technical activities with internal teams and subcontractors.
* Supervise and monitor ongoing works, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
* Engage with clients and key stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
* Take a leading role in driving productivity and performance through effective weekly and daily work planning.
* Uphold and promote high standards of Quality and Safety, ensuring all procedures are implemented and monitored effectively.
* Track, analyse, and manage critical milestones to prevent schedule delays.
* Monitor and manage labour, materials, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
* Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, package managers, supervisors, and foremen.
* Work proactively with stakeholders to ensure teams, information, materials, and equipment are in place to support safe and efficient operations.
* Coordinate activities with other subcontractors working in shared areas to ensure smooth, safe, and productive site operations.
* Review and sign off on project documentation and weekly foremen reports, ensuring all issues are tracked and closed out promptly.
* Prepare and present comprehensive weekly project reports, including:
* Lead weekly coordination meetings with key stakeholders (foremen, Safety Advisor, QA Engineer, BIM teams).
* Ensure all meeting actions are recorded, assigned, and closed out prior to the next meeting.
* Maintain accurate minutes and clear action ownership for all project meetings.
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years' experience managing large-scale electrical projects such as commercial offices, retail developments, hotels, schools, or data centres.
* Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
* Trade or Engineering qualification preferred, with recent experience managing major electrical contracts.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven track record in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources within complex, fast-paced environments.
