Senior IT Recruiter / Team Lead (m/f)Lisboa, PortugalLocation:Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid (2 days at the office)Your Core Focus:Lead, coordinate, and support the IT recruitment team, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous developmentAct as the senior subject-matter expert for complex and senior IT rolesOwn and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offer managementPartner closely with technical and business stakeholders, challenging requirements when neededContinuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and performance metricsEnsure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experienceDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, QA specialists)Prioritize and distribute workload across the IT recruitment teamTrack and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)Conduct technical and competency-based interviews and support final hiring decisionsProvide regular mentoring and coaching to recruitersMaintain close alignment with hiring managers on pipeline progress and expectationsSupport sourcing strategy decisions and market intelligenceMust-haves:5+ years in IT Recruitment, including complex and senior technical rolesProven experience in coordinating, leading, or mentoring recruitment teamsExperience in fast-growing environments (consultancies, tech hubs)Experience working in international or nearshore recruitmentDeep understanding of the IT market and talent trendsExcellent stakeholder management skills with technical hiring managersBilingual (English - Portuguese)
