We are looking for a Category Production Planner to join the Demand and Supply Planning team. The main purpose of this role is to manage the Supply Network of the assigned business area by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives while maintaining optimal stock levels considering distribution costs.

In a Day in the Life of a Category Production Planner, You'll Have to...
- Establish an 18-month production plan for factories within your scope, including subcontracting and co-manufacturing, ensuring continuous product availability.
- Provide information on labor requirements through Committed Capacity.
- Create a feasible and optimal production plan respecting capacity constraints.
- Identify and address potential capacity issues proactively.
- Collaborate with factories to identify opportunities for improvement within the 18-month horizon, balancing flexibility and reliability.
- Coordinate AVC Consolidation, Volume Forecasting for Affiliates, and serve as SPOC for Market Controlling.
- Contribute to cross-functional planning activities such as MPR, following Best Practices.
- Establish supply plans and dispatch requirements to ensure customer service, considering network complexity and supply constraints.
- Plan and optimize mixed loads, considering transportation constraints.
- Balance product availability with inventory cost minimization to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze exceptions, make business decisions within the framework, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Establish and review stock policies for Finished Goods periodically.
- Communicate relevant information effectively to stakeholders, highlighting supply issues in advance and detailing impacts and tradeoffs.
- Share volume data from the factory to local and other markets in EUR.
What Will Make You Successful
- Higher education in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Science/Analytics, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant operations experience in factories, production, foreign trade, factory logistics, demand & supply planning, or operations improvement teams.
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Tactical thinking ability.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and quick learning ability.
