We are a value-added distributor specializing in cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. We're seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to support our administrative processes and assist both our marketing and sales teams. What you will be responsible for:
Administrative Support
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth internal workflows.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and internal records.
* Support management with scheduling, coordination, and general office operations.
Sales Support
* Assist the sales team with customer and partner communication, including follow-ups and coordination of ongoing opportunities.
* Prepare basic sales materials, documentation, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
* Help maintain CRM data accuracy by updating contacts, opportunities, and activity logs.
Marketing Support
* Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, newsletters, and partner communications.
* Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, workshops, and vendor activities (invitations, registrations, reminders, follow-ups, etc.).
* Assist with the creation or adaptation of marketing content and materials when needed.
Operational & Logistics Coordination
* Ensure smooth daily operations by managing logistics, deliveries, and coordination with service providers.
* Collaborate with different internal teams to guarantee alignment across activities and timelines.
What we're looking for:
* Professional experience in administrative, sales support, or marketing roles (experience in tech or IT distribution is a plus).
* Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and a strong ability to multitask.
* Clear and effective communication, with a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
* Fluency in Portuguese & English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
* Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
* A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
