The Team You Will Join The Key Account Manager is responsible for the activation and recruitment, training and development of a group of brokers both large and small within the Lisbon Area.The Key Account Manager position is crucial to the prosperity and profitability of MetLife in Portugal, contributing to the increased coverage of MetLife product that help build a more confident future for our customers and business partners.This Key Account Manager position is an exciting opportunity for talent business development sales professionals that love to embrace sales challenges and achieve more from a professional and personal perspective. This role is key at MetLife as the Channel is one of the main contributors of Metlife growthSuccess in this role requires people with the bellow skills: positive energy, focus and persistency mind set and methodology.
