. This role requires a senior professional who can lead functional discussions, support clients, and participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your main area of expertise, you will:

SAP SF Recruiting
Act as a functional expert in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Lead requirement gathering sessions and define functional specifications
Configure, test, and support Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing modules
Participate in full-cycle implementation projects

SAP SF Reporting
Build and optimize reports (Canvas, ORD, Advanced Reporting)
Support stakeholders with data insights and reporting best practices
Contribute to end-to-end reporting projects

Functional Integrations
Lead functional design of SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure architecture and quality
Participate in end-to-end integration projects
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience
in SAP SuccessFactors
Proven experience in
at least three end-to-end implementations
in your specialization area
Fluent English (mandatory)
Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 day/week on-site)
Strong communication, autonomy, and client-facing skills
