Solution Manager IT P&C

The IT journey supports unique projects from global pilots to local updates, offering space to develop in many directions. In this role you will manage a portfolio of IT solutions (including SuccessFactors Employee Central and others) supporting PMI strategies, and lead cross-functional internal and external teams.
Your day-to-day:
* Engage with (senior) stakeholders to understand business evolution and design the HR IT solutions roadmap and product evolution.
* Lead and govern the portfolio of IT solutions, including one or more SuccessFactors modules, ensuring functional and technical evolution and PMI compliance.
* Provide each solution as a self-service, frictionless, easy-to-consume service supporting key HR processes.
* Set objectives, supervise operational metrics of usage and availability, and initiate actions to improve solution adoption.
* Lead a diverse, distributed team of managers and subject matter specialists; optimize project approach and execution methodologies and improve collaboration.
* Collaborate with internal PMI IT teams and external vendors.
* Communicate regularly, report progress to partners, and ensure documents are complete and up-to-date.
* Initiate and drive IT projects within scope, timing, budget, and resources.
* Apply project, change and service management frameworks (including agile approaches).
* Drive communication and coordination and provide status/progress reporting.
* Manage project risks and issues.
What we’re looking for
* Confirmed experience in leading and delivering large, sophisticated HR IT solutions and programs across domains (HR Core, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Performance and Learning Management, Payroll & Time).
* Strong technical experience with SuccessFactors or other HR solutions.
* Experience in product management and Agile delivery tools/methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
* Strong accountability in driving results and decision-making.
* Collaborative approach with internal and external partners, with a consumer-centric mindset.
* Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment.
* Experience setting up and managing distributed teams and motivating project teams.
* Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly within the organization.
* Proactive team leadership with creative thinking.
