The Senior Finance Process Transformation Specialist will be in charge of process design, documentation, transition and optimization of finance and GBS organizations, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives and leading practices.

Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.
Description
* Responsible for the entire end-to-end Stream in terms of Policies, process model, technology and performance measurement.
* Accountable for the design, build and migration to SSC, operate and improvement for transactional process within global framework.
* End-to-end solution governance, including enterprise model & process innovation.
* Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders across all business units and regions to ensure global process adoption and adherence.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and simplification, leveraging automation and technology where possible.
* Support design of Target IT landscape, including digital solution and deployment roadmap.
* Monitor IT systems risk and dependencies assessment and due diligence.
* Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment for accounting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and other relevant accounting standards.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
* Support and track progress of all workstreams, including technology design and location assessment.
* Provide inputs and updates to Steering Committee and validation instances (ExCom, FinCom, etc.).
* Alignment of timelines across workstreams.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
* Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on finance projects, process design and optimization in a Shared service environment.
* Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives in a global organization, ideally with a shared services migration experience.
* Strong understanding of SOX regulations and internal control frameworks.
* Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics finance modules and related financial reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
