About the Job:
As a Marketing Specialist for Portugal, you will play a vital role in ensuring a profitable growth for our business in Portugal by coordinating a broad variety of Marketing and Coordinated activities in your market. You will be responsible to promote the brands under the umbrella of Ricoh including Pamafe and Totalstor.
Your Responsibilities:
• Execute the local marketing plan with a hands-on approach, aligned with the regional strategic priorities.
• Manage and optimize the local budget to maximize the impact of marketing activities.
• Design, produce, and adapt marketing assets to support commercial campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.
• Organize and coordinate customer events, product demonstrations, and trade shows, actively contributing not only to logistics but also to content creation and customization.
• Drive lead generation through concrete actions and targeted campaigns, in close collaboration with the sales teams.
• Act swiftly and autonomously to launch initiatives that boost brand visibility and awareness.
• Coordinate content strategy with the country directors, ensuring effective, consistent, and business-oriented communication.
What do you need?
• More than two years of experience in Marketing, at least 1 in the TI segment (indispensable)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics or related field (indispensable)
• Experience in executing tasks related to digital selling as an Inside Sales Representative (essential), including managing emails, effective communication, and utilizing internal and external resources.
• Previous experience working with CRM
• Previous experience working in a multinational company is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and office software.
• Essential proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
