Hotel Sales Professional Opportunity
Our hospitality business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to promote hotel services and facilities in the market.
* Promote and sell hotel services and facilities to potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service delivery.
* Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows, networking and generating leads for future sales.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
* Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the hotel's unique value proposition.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly report on progress to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferably), demonstrating a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are an asset), enabling effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry, showcasing a track record of success and customer satisfaction.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate data entry.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering collaborative relationships and contributing to a positive work environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating efficient communication and data analysis.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, accommodating changing business demands and client needs.
