As a Sommelier, you will be an integral part of our service team to curate memorable dining experiences for our guests.Key responsibilities:Provide expert wine service and recommendations tailored to taste, guest preferences and dietary needsEnsure flawless wine service proper serving temperatures and glassware presentationOffer wine pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experienceEngage with guests, sharing insights about wines and enhancing their overall experienceMaintain proper records of wine salesCollaborate with and support the service & kitchen teamsProfil recherchéOur ideal candidate must possess:Experience in a Michelin Star RestaurantKnowledge of wines, international and Portuguese winesFluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
