Join a leading international technical engineering and construction partner delivering high-value, mission-critical projects across Data Centres and construction sectors. This is an opportunity to join a flagship project in Sines, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a large-scale, high-tech development.
This role offers a clear pathway into Project Engineering and Project Management, giving you hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. This is more than just a junior role;
it's a long-term careeropportunity within one of Europe's fastest-growing technical construction sectors.
Your Role As a Junior Engineer Will Include:
Supporting senior engineers and project managers with day-to-day project coordination
Assisting with technical submittals, RFIs, and design documentation
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting quality control, programme tracking, and reporting
Attending site meetings and contributing to project delivery on site (5 days a week)
Gaining exposure to MEP systems, commissioning, and handover processes
As a Junior Engineer, You Will Have:
A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Civil Engineering
Strong organisational and communication skills
Interest in mission-critical projects (data centres / industrial / pharma)
Willingness to be site-based and learn in a fast-paced environment
Experience within engineering or construction
