High-Performance Analog Circuit Design Expertise Required

This senior leadership role is ideal for experienced engineers seeking a challenging opportunity to lead the development of advanced SerDes analog and mixed-signal designs.

As an Analog IC Design Lead, you will drive technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and ensure delivery of exceptional performance. You will be responsible for shaping the architecture, influencing design methodologies, and contributing to the successful release of complex products in cutting-edge CMOS FinFET technologies.

* Provide strategic technical guidance for key SerDes IP design projects
* Oversee the development of core analog building blocks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Define and implement robust verification and sign-off strategies to meet aggressive performance and reliability targets
* Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices in design, simulation, and layout
* Support silicon bring-up, validation, and characterization, providing technical direction through product launch

Requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 15+ years of industry experience. Proven leadership in analog and mixed-signal design for high-speed applications is essential. Strong expertise in circuit design, signal integrity, and power integrity is required. Proficiency with EDA tools and excellent communication skills are also necessary.
