An exciting opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled Key Account Business Developer to spearhead our team's operations.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and develop new business opportunities aligned with our solutions portfolio, focusing on Outsourcing Lines of Business;
* Foster strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting tailored solutions for their outsourcing needs, collaborating closely with People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
* Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer requirements and goals;
* Develop and present Sales Offers;
* Deliver compelling Sales Presentations;
* Provide exceptional day-to-day client service;
* Promote proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;
* Interact with diverse stakeholders;
* Attend events to cultivate networking opportunities;
* Recognize potential and drive account growth through strategic planning and tactical execution;
* Anticipate client operational, strategic, and commercial needs;
* Manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in Information Technologies;
* Engineering, Business Administration, or IT-related degree;
* Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions, specifically in Outsourcing LoB;
* Results-driven attitude;
* Strong organizational skills and proactive approach, enabling efficient task management;
* Excellent prioritization and time management abilities;
* Capacity to build effective relationships with various business stakeholders;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Collaborative mindset and excellent teamwork skills;
* Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
* Ambitious and results-oriented mindset;
* Proficient English language skills.
